The Fairmont Theatre, located at 416 Adams Street in Fairmont, West Virginia, was completed in 1940 in the Art Deco-style. The theater closed in 2007 and demolition on the block – including the theater, began on September 26, 2012 as part of a $25 million state office building construction project.
