Proposed for the corner of East Main Street and Kentucky Avenue in Lexington, Justice Lofts would contain upscale 12, 3,600 square-foot condominiums spread amongst six floors.(1) The first level would contain 30 parking spaces, with five levels of residences above.

The project would replace three lots containing a vacant, two-story house along East Main constructed prior to 1902, a one-story house along Kentucky that was built in the mid-1880s, and an empty parcel.(1)

On May 22, 2008, the Lexington-Fayette Planning Commission approved a zone change to permit construction of the development.(1) The project still requires Urban County Council approval for the zone change and the Planning Commission approval for the development.
