Central Utility Plant

The Central Utility Plant is a 19,160 square feet facility designed to provide electrical distribution and hot and chilled water to the Xavier University campus.(1)(2) It is located at the corner of Dana and Ledgewood avenues, and will initially serve the new Conaton Learning Commons and Williams College of Business, as well as Alter Hall, McDonald Library and Schott Hall. It will feature enough equipment to serve a 2.5 million-square-foot campus.(2)
